This program gave me a strong foundation in software engineering that I found to be invaluable both during college and as a new graduate entering the job market. The program’s practical guidance and technical coursework helped me secure interview opportunities and build confidence going into them. Many of the concepts taught, such as clean coding standards, core engineering principles, and problem-solving techniques, prepared me for the level of engineering expected at Google. I see these fundamentals consistently at work, reflected both in the code I write and review and in the way my talented colleagues approach engineering problems. The experience I gained from this program not only helped me land my dream job but it continues to empower me perform and grow in my everyday work.
